RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order with us. To do this, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery by e-mailing to ruth@yogaru.ie. You will need to return your new and unused item(s) within 30 days of receiving your delivery, with your order confirmation, and we will be happy to either exchange the item or refund the price paid. Postage costs incurred will not be covered.

Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please e-mailing to ruth@yogaru.ie as soon as possible. You must return any defective, damaged or incorrect item to us within 30 days of receiving the item. You may then choose to receive a replacement item, exchange for an alternative item or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility. There will be an attempt for the parcel to be returned to us. If we receive your parcel your order will be refunded less any shipping costs and an email sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online. PLEASE USE YOUR EIRCODE OR POSTAGE CODES WHERE POSSIBLE.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If your parcel is unsuccessfully delivered after a number of attempts it may be left at a local depot for collection. If not collected there will be an attempt for the parcel to be returned to us. If we receive your parcel your order will be refunded less any shipping costs and an email sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online.

REFUSED BY RECIPIENT
Please make sure any gifts sent to shipping addresses where you do not reside are aware of the parcel to ensure they don't refuse receipt of the delivery. Should this happen there will be an attempt for the parcel to be returned to us. When we receive your parcel your order will be refunded less any shipping costs and an email sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online.

LATE DELIVERIES
While every effort is made to fulfil your orders as promptly as possible arrival dates cannot be guaranteed. There can be times when there is delays in the postage system or on rare occurrences where customs may delay the transit time of the parcel. Tracking numbers will be email to you for registered and express mail only. PLEASE NOTE STANDARD MAIL DOES NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

MISSING ITEMS
A period of 30 days from fulfilment of the order is required before an item is deemed missing in transit. If your item does not arrive within 30 days of purchase please e-mailing to ruth@yogaru.ie with your order number and we will investigate further. PLEASE NOTE STANDARD MAIL DOES NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

SHIPPING TAX AND DUTY
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes payable to your carrier or government. Yogaru does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate or confirm what the fees would be. Returned items will not receive refunds on these fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
