RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order with us. To do this, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery by e-mailing to email@example.com. You will need to return your new and unused item(s) within 30 days of receiving your delivery, with your order confirmation, and we will be happy to either exchange the item or refund the price paid.
Should you receive an item you have ordered that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You must return any defective, damaged or incorrect item to us within 30 days of receiving the item. You may then choose to receive a replacement item, repair, exchange for an alternative item or refund.
Please double check your delivery address. If the address is incorrect the parcel will be returned to us and your order will be refunded less any shipping costs and an email sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If your parcel is unsuccessfully delivered after a number of attempts it maybe left at a local depot for collection. If not collected it will be returned to us and your order will be refunded less any shipping costs and an email will be sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online.
REFUSED BY RECIPIENT
Please make sure any gifts sent to shipping addresses where you do not reside are aware of the parcel to ensure they don't refuse receipt of the delivery. Should this happen, your order will be refunded less any shipping costs and an email sent to notify you. You will need to place a new order online.
SHIPPING TAX AND DUTY
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches your destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
