Join me in person for my Stress Relief Myofascial Release (MFR) self-massage workshop to calm your body, clear your mind, and reset your nervous system. This simple yet powerful technique uses massage balls and a yoga brick to release tension, increase hydration, and stimulate ‘rest and recovery’. Helping you feel more grounded, coordinated, and resilient. Easy to do and time efficient, it can be used anytime of the day to regulate stress, release tension, and support deeper sleep.

The workshop includes a manual to help you incorporate MFR into your wellness routine. Learn more about MFR in my previous article.

Workshop content:
- What is myofascial release or MFR?

Understanding fascia and its role in stress & tension.
- How to use MFR to
relieve stress, calm the mind & improve sleep.
- MFR techniques for feet, hands, shoulders, iliopsoas, lower back.

Students looking for effective stress management techniques, relief from physical & mental tension, support with headaches, improved sleep, and simple strategies to feel calmer and more balanced in daily life.

Props:
Please bring a mat, a blanket. Massage balls will be supplied and available for purchase. If you have your own massage balls please bring them with you.
