Join me in person for my Myofascial Release (MFR) self-massage workshop to increase mobility, and relieve aches and pains. This simple yet effective technique uses massage balls and a yoga brick to release tension, increase hydration, and stimulate ‘rest and recovery’. Helping you move better, feel more coordinated and recover faster. Easy to do and time efficient, it can be used before or after exercise, or anytime you need to ease stress and restore balance.

The workshop includes a manual to help you incorporate MFR into your wellness routine. Learn more about MFR in my previous article.

Workshop content:
- What is myofascial release or MFR?
- What if fascia?
- How and when to incorporate MFR.
- MFR techniques for spine, hip, shoulder, legs & feet.

Suitable for:
Students looking for injury prevention or recovery, performance enhancement, increased mobility & flexibility, increased tissue hydration & circulation, relief from physical & mental tension, pain management, stress management.

Props:
Please bring a mat, a blanket. Massage balls will be supplied and available for purchase. If you have your own massage balls please bring them with you.
