This simple yet effective technique uses massage balls and a yoga brick to release tension, improve circulation and enhance hydration. MFR is widely used for increasing mobility, relieving aches and pains and promoting muscle recovery. Easy to do and time efficient, it can be used before or after exercise, or anytime you need to ease stress and restore balance.
