Join me for my Myofascial Release (MFR) self-massage workshop to increase mobility, and relieve aches and pains. This simple yet effective technique uses massage balls and a yoga brick to release tension, increase hydration, and stimulate ‘rest and recovery’. Helping you move better, feel more coordinated and recover faster. Easy to do and time efficient, it can be used before or after exercise, or anytime you need to ease stress and restore balance.
