Whether you've completed my Smart Sequencing training or you're developing your sequencing skills independently, this 1-hour online mentoring session gives you the opportunity to work through your ideas with me.

Smart Sequencing is about more than putting poses in a particular order. It's about understanding the principles behind purposeful sequencing, developing your ideas and making thoughtful choices that shape the experience of a practice.

In our session, we can focus on whatever aspect of sequencing you would like to develop. Every mentoring session is tailored to where you are in your sequencing journey, so we can focus on the questions and challenges that are most useful to you.

You might bring a sequence you're working on, explore an idea or theme, ask questions about the Smart Sequencing approach, or simply want my perspective on how to make your sequences more purposeful and effective.

The aim isn't to give you the “right” sequence, but to help you understand the choices you're making so you can approach your next sequence with greater confidence and independence.

Your mentoring session can include:
- Feedback on a sequence you're developing.
- Help developing a theme or sequencing idea.
- Guidance on building a sequence from start to finish.
- Exploring why a sequence works — or where it could be refined.
- Help organising your sequencing ideas.
- Answers to questions about Smart Sequencing.

Suitable for:
Yoga teachers who want personalised feedback and guidance to develop their sequencing skills and create classes with greater clarity and confidence. Yoga students who want support developing thoughtful home practices and a deeper understanding of how sequences are designed.

You don't need to have completed the Smart Sequencing training to book a mentoring session. If you have completed the training, the session is a chance to take the principles further and apply them to your own sequencing.
