Techniques to support lower back health.

Nagging lower back pain? Join me for my MFR Lower Back Love workshop and learn how to use myofascial release, or MFR, to ease lower back pain, support ongoing conditions, injury recovery and prevention. MFR is a therapeutic technique that manipulates the soft tissue of the muscles and fascia to create healthy connective tissue, increases mobility and flexibility, increases hydration, breaks down scar tissue, increases blood flow, and eases physical and mental tension. The workshop comes with a manual to help you incorporate MFR into daily back care routines for injury recovery and prevention. Understand the essentials of yoga anatomy.

Anatomy is an invaluable tool for creating meaningful sequences for your students and tailoring your home practice to your needs. Join me for this 2hr training and learn the essentials of anatomy through the lens of yoga. This accessible anatomy training focuses on three different key anatomical regions: hips, shoulder & spine. Structured with a layered learning approach designed to optimise the successful retention of this sometimes daunting content. The training also comes with a manual to support your learning during the training, and as a refresher to return to after the training.

- Bone structures, type of joint, layers of the joint.
